What are you trying to get done that isn't getting done?
Special situations for privately held businesses.
Where I get called in
- Stalled transactions or deals
- Strategic partnerships that aren't progressing
- Major customers or decision-makers that are difficult to reach
- Complicated or stalled negotiations
- Expansion and site-selection problems
- Acquisitions, off-market opportunities, and exit strategies
- Special projects or high-value problems that have stalled internally
How it works
Diagnose
A paid initial engagement to understand what's stuck, what's been tried, who matters, and whether I can materially change the outcome.
Execute
If there's a viable path, I build and execute it — opening doors, bringing in the right people, driving the process, negotiating, and solving problems as they arise.
Hand back
Engagements can be project-based, monthly, or outcome-based where appropriate. Once the objective is accomplished, I hand it back and move on.
I'm not looking to become permanent overhead. I only take on situations where I believe I can materially affect the outcome.
Why me
I've spent more than 25 years originating, negotiating, and executing over $760M in commercial real estate transactions, while also serving as an owner, partner, or executive in more than six businesses with operations and relationships spanning the U.S., Latin America, and global markets.
My experience crosses commercial real estate, live entertainment and major events, early-stage ventures, international business development, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, capital formation, and exit strategies — ranging from privately negotiated transactions and entrepreneurial ventures to billion-dollar-scale opportunities involving Fortune 500 companies.
Different industries. Different markets. Different problems. The underlying work is the same: figure out who matters, identify what's preventing the next step, and find a way through it.
Who this is for
Owners, CEOs, investors, developers, entrepreneurs, and family businesses facing a problem or opportunity significant enough to matter financially — but too specific, unusual, or temporary to justify a permanent executive hire.
Identify the problem. Get the right people in the room. Close the gap. Get it done.
If the situation fits, let's talk.
